Tiger Woods is telling the world that he will be better when he comes back after his knee surgery. Woods is telling the press that after operation his intentions are to be even better at golf than he has been before.  Woods is saying that the surgery will give him the power to hit the ball with more power. He will now be able to direct more power into his swing with having a solid foundation in his legs. Time and game play will tell if Tiger Woods was right.
